HR Trainee

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in managing various departments within our hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance. You will have the opportunity to learn and understand the intricacies of different hotel operations and systems, enabling you to contribute effectively to our overall success. Your role will involve effective communication with staff members to address their needs, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will play a key role in the planning, organizing, and management of events and functions hosted at the hotel for our employees, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences. Maintaining daily records within the hotel will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all information is accurately documented and easily accessible when needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include provided meals, paid sick time, and paid time off.
