Role & responsibilities

  • Assist HR team in day-to-day operations.
  • Support recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Help in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist with HR documentation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
