Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Trainee located in Chennai. The HR Trainee will handle day-to-day HR activities including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating training programs, and providing administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications Basic knowledge of HR practices, employee onboarding, and recruitment processes Ability to maintain HR records and assist in compliance with company policies Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using MS Office and HR software Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous internship or experience in HR roles is an advantage
