Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Trainee located in Chennai. The HR Trainee will handle day-to-day HR activities including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating training programs, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
