About the Role

IT Business Partner HR

Key Roles and Responsibilities

HR Tech Strategy & Partnering

  • Act as the primary technology interface for the HR leadership team, shaping the HR IT roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate and introduce digital solutions that elevate HR efficiency and experience.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.

Platform Implementation & Process Digitization

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, migration, and enhancement of HR platforms including Darwinbox, LMS, ATS, Payroll, and related systems.
  • Manage system rollouts, integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change control processes in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensure seamless system interoperability across HR and other enterprise systems (Finance, IT, etc.).

HR Process Optimization & Automation

  • Re-engineer HR workflows to eliminate manual tasks and drive automation using low-code/no-code platforms and self-service tools.
  • Partner with HR CoEs to simplify processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.

Data Enablement & HR Analytics

  • Enable HR teams with real-time dashboards, workforce analytics, and predictive insights using tools like Power BI and native analytics in Darwinbox or similar tools.
  • Champion data quality, consistency, and governance across all HR systems.

Governance, Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure all HR platforms comply with internal controls, data privacy laws (GDPR, local regulations), and audit standards.
  • Regularly review system access controls, role-based permissions, and audit trails

Project & Change Management

  • Drive agile project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and end-users.
  • Lead change management efforts including stakeholder communication, user training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications & Key Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
  • 10–14 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in HR technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing platforms like Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HCM tools.
  • Functional understanding of multiple HR domains – TA, L&D, Payroll, C&B, HR Operations.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills; exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in data integration, HR analytics, and workflow digitization.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across HR, IT, and business leadership.
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, or HR Tech platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday) are a plus.
