Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT-related roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth and professional interview process.
  • Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in

    technical recruitment or IT hiring

    (preferably in consulting or technology domains).
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and modern hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
