Job Description

Build, administer, or support Cvent s HR Systems that manage Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation processes
Gain expertise on leading ERP solutions such as Workday, iCIMS, ADP, and others
Support HR teams to optimize HR processes using best of class systems
Learn and implement best practices related to IT development, enhancements, and support daily

Heres What You Need:

Successfully completed coursework to gain the strong technical background in a range of foundational technologies
Desire to learn custom built as we'll as industry leading ERP solutions
Desire to learn functional processes within HR, that maintain a full employee lifecyle from hire to retire
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Outstanding oral and written communication
The ability and willingness to work alongside a wide variety of roles
Most importantly, a successful candidate will be passionate about technology, people and processes, with a curious mindset to solve problems.
