Role & responsibilities

• To handle PF helpdesk, Payroll Compliance, Statutory compliance & Audits.
• Provident Fund (PF) Regulations Deep understanding of all remittance Acts, rules, and procedures, Knowledge of PF transfer, withdrawal and timelines.
• Payroll Compliance -Familiarity with wage and deductions. Statutory Compliance -Knowledge of India labour laws
• Awareness of ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
• Audit Processes -Ability to prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Understanding of statutory audit requirements and liaising with auditors.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation from HR

Exp - 10-15 yrs of relevant exp.

Excellent Communication Skill
