HR Statutory & Payroll Compliance Specialist

Job Description: As a candidate for this role located at Gigaplex, Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from the office, you will be responsible for the following: - Deep understanding of Provident Fund (PF) Regulations, including all remittance Acts, rules, and procedures. - Knowledge of PF transfer, withdrawal, and timelines. - Awareness of ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory benefits. - Ability to prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation for Audit Processes. - Understanding of statutory audit requirements and experience in liaising with auditors. Qualifications required for the preferred candidate profile: - Graduation in HR. - 10-15 years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong people management skills.
