Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and seasoned senior HR recruiter to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in recruitment, a strategic mindset, and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with career opportunities, we want to hear from you. This is a key role where your expertise will contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
– Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning. – Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. – Leverage your industry network to attract high-caliber professionals. – Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters. – Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand. – Continuously refine recruitment strategies based on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
– Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). – Relevant certifications. – A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter. – Ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives. – Strong leadership and team management abilities. – Proficiency in tools like applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office. – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
