HR Specialist

We are seeking a competent Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for executing our HR strategies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee relations.

Human Resources Specialist responsibilities include creating and implementing HR policies, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and administering compensation and benefits plans.

Our ideal candidate is well-versed in labor legislation and possesses excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

An HR specialist must perform a set of duties, such as:

• A competent Human Resources Specialist will possess a mix of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and understanding of labor laws and regulations, including:
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey company policies, procedures, and goals to employees and management.
• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of human resources best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant with labor laws.
• Problem-solving skills to mediate in conflicts and find effective solutions to various HR-related issues.
• Detail-oriented to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Decision-making skills to make crucial HR decisions that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline processes and manage data effectively.
• Training and development skills to plan and implement employee development programs that align with the needs of both the organization and its employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,592.91 - ₹25,051.28 per month
