ImKey Responsibilities:Reporting & AnalyticsoOwn and maintain internal operational reports and dashboards.oAnalyze service delivery metrics and generate insights for leadership.oPrepare weekly/monthly performance summaries and variance reports.Client-Facing DocumentationoCreate and update client decks and presentations for governance meetings.oEnsure consistency, accuracy, and branding compliance in all client materials.Headcount & Resource ManagementoMaintain and update headcount trackers across projects and teams.oSupport workforce planning and resource allocation activities.oShare attrition data with leadershipFinancial OversightoTrack and report on budget utilization, cost forecasts, and financial KPIs.oCollaborate with finance prove workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsEmployee Services - More into query/case managementCollect, interpret, and present data in a clear and meaningful manner, facilitating informed decision making.
