Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsResponsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:1. In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free.2. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.3. Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal.4. Obtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requests, Key manual entries or answer query from client employees5. Provide information, advice and guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area.6. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.7. Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications8. Uses and maintains process maps and all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles & responsibilities of the process. 9. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME. Assists in process documentations/Work instructions and communicate the updates to the team in a timely manner.10. Participates in various Internal or Client initiatives related to Process.11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body and special handling procedures..12. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls.13. Liaise with Accenture Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team. 14. Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
