HR Manager for Tech Content Creation Studio
Location: Bathinda, Punjab
About Us
TECH iELA is a fast-growing tech content production studio creating engaging technology-focused videos for millions of viewers across YouTube and Instagram. We’re looking for an HR & Performance Coordinator who can manage our HR operations, track team performance, and handle basic studio administration with accuracy and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage attendance and leave records for all employees.
- Calculate monthly salaries, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
- Prepare and issue salary slips accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Tracking
- Collect daily task updates from all team members and log them into Google Sheets.
- Track individual and team performance metrics based on pre-defined criteria.
- Prepare monthly performance and incentive reports for management review.
Studio & Administrative Support
- Oversee basic studio maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs or purchases.
- Maintain inventory records for studio equipment and supplies.
- Support the management in implementing company policies and processes.
Coordination & Communication
- Follow up with employees for pending updates or reports.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Report progress, issues, and recommendations to management regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, office coordination, or similar role. (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and attendance tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic HR software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
