HR Reporting Specialist (Oracle OTBI)

Location:

Shift: 12 PM- 9 AM || 3 PM- 12

About the Role

HR Reporting Specialist

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Translate business needs into functional, insightful reports using the right HCM subject areas.
Configure and manage automated report schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance and security policies.
Optimize reports for performance, usability, and visualization.
Support end users by resolving reporting issues and sharing best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher enhancements.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR analytics or reporting.
Hands-on experience with
Oracle BI Publisher
and
Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools
.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM subject areas and data structures.
Proficiency in
SQL
and
Excel
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

It’s a Plus If You Have:

Experience with Oracle HCM security roles and data access management.
Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools such as
Power BI
,
Tableau
, or
Alteryx
.
