About The Company

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles; target to fill 8–12 positions per month depending on client requirements.
• Understand client hiring needs and create clear, compelling job descriptions and postings to attract qualified applicants.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases; maintain a pipeline of at least 50 active candidates across roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews—deliver a shortlist of 4–6 qualified candidates per role within 7 business days.
• Coordinate and schedule client and candidate interviews within 48 hours of shortlist approval, and follow up to ensure timely feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and work to achieve an average time-to-fill of ≤30 days.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating offer letters, background checks, and joining formalities; target ≥95% onboarding completion for accepted offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system; update status within 24 hours of any change.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, aiming for a client satisfaction score of ≥90% and regular follow-ups post-joining.
• Meet or exceed monthly recruitment KPIs and contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
