Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role involves supporting recruitment activities and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees. It’s a great opportunity to start your career in HR and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
• Help screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Participate in initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Support offer letter preparation and communication with selected candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation sessions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
