Job Description

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs for site and technical

roles.

• Develop and post job descriptions tailored to construction and infrastructure projects.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and schedule technical interviews.

• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for project-based and urgent hiring.

• Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for on boarding, documentation, and joining

formalities.

• Keep track of recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations during hiring.

• Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry recruitment events.
