Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office ) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in IT Recruitment Work Mode: On-site Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment , particularly in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies. This is a full-time on-site position based in our Gachibowli, Hyderabad office . Remote work is not an option. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage IT professionals primarily through LinkedIn and other platforms. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment . Strong knowledge of common IT roles, skills, and technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to handle multiple open roles and prioritize tasks efficiently. Must be willing to work from the office – no remote option available.
