About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for real estate positions (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media

  .
• Screen, interview, and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
• Coordinate

  interviews and feedback

  with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the

  recruitment tracker and candidate database

  .
• Ensure timely

  offer roll-outs and joining formalities

  .
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team on

  onboarding and retention activities

  .

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience

  , preferably in the

  real estate industry

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with hiring for sales roles and high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
