Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus recruitment, consultants, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs and selection panels.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and follow up on joining formalities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure proper documentation and verification of employee records.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with institutional/company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required by management.
