HR Recruiters

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source candidates actively through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes thoroughly and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently with hiring managers.
Maintain robust candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and specific requirements.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.

Skills Required:

Familiarity with various
job portals
(e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
organizational and time management abilities
.
Knowledge of
recruitment metrics and reporting
is a plus.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate fit.
Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
