You have an exciting opportunity to join *Equinox Labs Pvt Ltd.* as an HR recruiter in the Human Resource department located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. This is a 6 Months Contract position with a salary of 14k per month. As an HR recruiter at Equinox Labs, your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment process - Screening candidates based on educational qualifications, technical skills, communication abilities, and experience in preliminary rounds - Creating and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities for campus recruitment - Collaborating proactively with team members and prioritizing activities for the team's best interests during joint projects - Sharing new ideas and information openly with other team members - Coordinating with stakeholders for technical rounds of interviews If you're passionate about recruitment and thrive in a dynamic environment, Equinox Labs is the place for you.
