With a strong presence in the real estate industry, we focus on delivering transparent, customer-centric, and result-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Understand hiring requirements of Sales, Marketing, Operations & Support functions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review. Collaborate with team leaders to forecast manpower needs. Promote employer branding through innovative hiring strategies. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or sales domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
