Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other professional networks.
Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in KEKA HR for managing recruitment and onboarding activities.
Ability to multitask and meet tight hiring deadlines.
