HR Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter / Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates as per client and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Source candidates through various channels – job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Understand job descriptions and client requirements thoroughly to identify the right talent fit. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles. Support HR team in other recruitment-related tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory). For Interns – freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome. For Recruiter Role – minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in both IT & Non-IT domains). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and use of job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
