Job Description

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills to attract and retain the right talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities Understand the manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers. Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and professional networks. Source candidates through databases, job portals, networking, employee referrals, and campus recruitment. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate and schedule technical/functional interviews with respective departments. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers. Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in line with company policies. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Build employer branding by maintaining good candidate relationships and promoting the organization. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
