Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Manage job postings, job descriptions, and candidate communications

- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
