HR Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding job requirements and collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions. Sourcing candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and referrals will be a key part of your role. You will conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, assisting in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and staying updated on industry trends will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, etc. - Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews - Coordinate and communicate with candidates during the recruitment process - Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems - Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives - Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Required: - Preferred: Masters degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition - 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities Additional Details: N/A,
