Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location:

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role ensures that the organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with business needs and company culture.

Compliance & Reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and labor legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
