Job Description

Remote HR Recruiter – Work from Home Location: Remote (India-based) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST Salary: ₹10,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in recruitment Preferred: Experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordination: Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Desired Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
