Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Business Receivables Associate to ensure the timely collection of outstanding balances from customers. This role involves coordinating with customers helping them apply for EMI options and closing outstanding balances before deadlines. Key Responsibilities:  Customer Engagement: Establish contact with customers with outstanding balances, providing a professional and empathetic approach to understand their financial situation.  Balance Collection: Work closely with customers & sales team to arrange payment plans, process payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.  EMI Application Assistance: Assist customers in applying for EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) options to help them manage their financial commitments more effectively.  Deadline Adherence: Ensure that outstanding balances are resolved on or before the established deadlines maintaining a sense of urgency.  Customer Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with customers regarding their balance, payments and EMI options addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.  Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, EMI applications through sheets, CRM and ensure all the collection activities adhere to the legal and ethical standards.  Reports and Updates: Provide regular reports to the management team including updates on collections, EMI applications and outstanding balances. Key Result Areas (KRAs):  Balance Collection: Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.  Deadline Compliance: Ensure that outstanding balances are resolved within the specified timeframes.  Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.  Prior experience in collections, customer service or financial assistance.  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Empathetic and customer-focused approach.  Proficiency in using CRM and financial software.  Detail-oriented and well-organized.  Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
