HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within a SaaS environment (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of recruitment experience
, with at least
2 years in SaaS or tech industry hiring
.
Strong knowledge of SaaS roles and organizational structures.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for global SaaS companies.
Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.
