As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with the goal of bringing in the best sales talent.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets as per business needs
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduation in any stream
Exposure to high-volume sales hiring
