The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR functions. Roles & Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
