We're hiring 10 HR Recruiters for Non-IT positions in Bangalore!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries
- Understanding client requirements and creating effective job descriptions
- Sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates for interviews
- Coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring timely closures
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills across various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Candidates must have worked on Target orientated work culture.
- Willingness to work from office
Interview Process:
- First Round: Virtual Interview
- Second Round: Face-to-Face Interview
Salary Bracket:
- ?15,000 - ?17,000
- ?18,000 - ?20,000
- ?20,000 - ?25,000 + Incentives.
