Location: Bhubaneswar /Sambalpur, Odisha Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Industry: Solar EPC, Solar Products, Battery Sales Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar sales operations in the Sambalpur region. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in EPC solar sales, solar product sales, and battery solutions . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for solar EPC projects, solar panels, and battery systems. Identify and acquire new customers across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to deliver solutions on time. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular market feedback and reports to management. Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when required. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in solar sales, EPC project sales, or battery product sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. Ability to manage a regional sales territory independently. Familiarity with solar technologies and battery systems. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working with solar EPC companies or battery solution providers.
