Job Description

As a dedicated HR Executive, your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities and tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the human resources department. You will be responsible for: - Line up and conduct interviews. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews. - Facilitate onboarding and employee integration. - Support performance management and development. - Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - FEMALE candidates only, aged between 25 to 35 years. - Freshers are welcome; at least 1 year of HR experience is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of Excel. - Presentable, professional, and approachable demeanor. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
