You will be responsible for various HR activities including conducting interviews, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, supporting performance management, and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. As a FEMALE HR Executive, you will line up and conduct interviews, source candidates through various channels such as job portals and social media, screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. You will also schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate onboarding and employee integration, and support performance management and development processes. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires and ensure a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. To qualify for this role, you must be a FEMALE candidate aged between 25 to 35 years. Freshers are welcome, but at least 1 year of HR experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of Excel, and a presentable, professional demeanor are required. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, a day shift schedule, and performance bonuses. The work location is in person.
