Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with department managers. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or Edtech industry is advantageous
