Job Description

As an HR Recruiter based in Surat, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will involve end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across different departments. This will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through diverse channels. Conducting interviews, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers will also be part of your role. It is essential for you to possess a sound understanding of recruitment processes and effective hiring strategies. To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. This is a full-time job with fixed shift timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. In return for your services, you will be entitled to paid time off as a benefit. Proficiency in English language is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.
