As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, and crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates - Source candidates online and update job ads - Conduct background checks - Utilize various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews - Help recruit faster and more effectively to build a strong employer brand Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Experience with sourcing techniques - Understanding of referral programs - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgement If you have the required experience and skills, and can contribute to our recruitment process, we would like to meet you.
