Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screening, resume shortlisting, and pre-interview assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment and hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, from Top Rated Recruitment search firms (Preferably- who have handled power distribution or energy sector as clients).

  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and database mining.
  • Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment ATS tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
  • Open to travel
  • Candidates willing to relocate to Greater Noida or nearby areas of office

Note- Any other Course/Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) is an added advantage
