Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  • Draft and post job openings on job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and job portals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process.
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Organize induction/orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Coordination & Documentation
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring reports.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when needed.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice.
  • Support HR team in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and social media hiring campaigns.
  • Other HR Support
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
