Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job
requirements.
Create and post job descriptions across various job boards and social platforms.
Utilize recruitment tools, job portals, and networking channels to source qualified
candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate
competencies and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment
experience.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Perform background checks, reference checks, and document verification.
Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the HR team and
leadership.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3+ years) in HR recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and ATS
usage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Salary – For the month 25000 to 35000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
