Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in non-IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring targets within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries. Understand client requirements and create suitable sourcing strategies. Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and references. Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with clients. Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress regularly. Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets. Follow up with candidates till joining and ensure smooth onboarding. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of non-IT roles and recruitment channels. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
