Role Overview

The Recruitment & HR Business Partner will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing operations and select corporate functions, while acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. This role demands strong expertise in volume hiring, leadership hiring, workforce planning, and people management support in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of shoe manufacturing operations, manpower structures, and skill requirements across factory functions such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, IE, Planning, Supply Chain, EHS, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing roles (blue-collar, staff, and leadership) and select corporate functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and E-commerce.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and hiring timelines. • Drive mid-management and leadership hiring, including senior factory leadership and corporate leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche manufacturing positions.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channelsjob portals, referrals, social media, campus hiring, vendor networks, and market mapping.
  • Manage and build partnerships with external recruitment consultants and staffing agencies for urgent and specialized hiring needs.
  • Act as an HRBP for assigned manufacturing units and/or corporate functions, supporting business leaders on people-related matters.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structuring in line with business growth.
  • Provide guidance on employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and attrition management.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes aligned with business needs.
  • Assist leadership with talent reviews, succession planning, and capability building initiatives.
