Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Location: Udyog Nagar, Peeragarhi
Experience: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter:

· Sourcing Candidates:

· Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).

· Utilizing online channels like LinkedIn and employee referrals to find potential candidates.

· Attending job fairs and career events to network and source candidates.

· Screening and Interviewing:

· Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

· Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess skills and fit.

· Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Hiring and Onboarding:

· Making job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.

· Managing the onboarding process for new hires.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.

· Building Relationships:

· Maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

· Developing and maintaining a positive employer brand.

· Staying Updated:

· Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

· Utilizing new technologies and tools to improve the hiring process.

· Attendance Making:

Monthly Attendance report.

Daily Attendance checking

Skills Required for HR Recruiters:

· Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication is essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

· Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and establishing relationships with candidates is vital.

· Organization and Time Management: Recruiters manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records and screening candidates is crucial.

· Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the hiring process is an important skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
