Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female) – Overseas Healthcare Hiring

Location: Hegde Nagar Bangalore
Industry: Overseas Recruitment (Healthcare Sector)
Target Country: Saudi Arabia (Primary), UAE, and GCC
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team specializing in healthcare recruitment for overseas placements, primarily for Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding nurses and medical professionals for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates (BSc/GNM Nurses, Technicians, etc.) through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Manage documentation for visa, dataflow, and Prometric processes
• Maintain candidate database and regularly update application statuses
• Collaborate with clients and handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare projects
• Ensure timely onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline; HR/Management preferred)
• Minimum 6–2 years of experience in healthcare or Gulf hiring
• Strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes
• Familiarity with medical licensing procedures like Prometric, Dataflow, MOH/HAAD/DHA is a plus
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple openings and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
