Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes. Good Communication skills, Knowledge on Excel.
